Appointment Only- Because I am a solo esthetician, I typically do not stay at the studio if I do not have a client. All services require an appointment set up at least 24 hours in advance (If I am able, I will certainly accommodate same day requests.) If you need to pick up products or gift cards, please speak with me to make sure I will be in the studio & available to assist you.
Arrival- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for you to fill out an intake form and have a consultation prior to your treatment. If you are late, I cannot guarantee your full appointment time. I will absolutely do my best to accommodate you if my schedule allows.
Child Policy- For liability reasons, I ask that you do not bring young children. I have a lot of spa equipment that could be dangerous to a child and I cannot be held responsible. I cannot have children wait unattended in the waiting room due to liability and other clients in the next room trying to relax. Unfortunately, if you choose to bring your child, we will have to reschedule your appointment and still charge for the scheduled appointment. ** I am a mom and I totally understand things can come up last minute! Please just let me know ahead of time.**
Cancellations- Last minute cancellations and "no shows" present a hardship to my business, as I don't have a reasonable amount of time to fill the spot. I politely request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. I understand things come up and will always take that into consideration. Two no shows/last minute cancellations will result in having to have a credit card on file, and a third time will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service.
Illness- As a sole proprietor, it is important for me to stay healthy. If you, or another person in your household has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. This is incredibly important as well because of the Oncology Skin Care Program I offer at the studio. I service clients with weak immune systems and need to keep my space as free from germs as possible.
Payment- I accept cash, checks & all major credit cards.
Gratuities- While gratuities are never expected, they are graciously appreciated :-)
Groupon-. My vouchers are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Although groupon allows you to repurchase every 180 days, my policy is for new clients only, which is stated in the fine print of the voucher. If you repurchase a groupon, even after 180 days, you will have to pay the difference of your treatment, gift your voucher to a friend, or contact groupon for a refund. I hope you understand that this policy is critical so I can continue to run my business. I truly appreciate your business and your understanding & respect of my policies.
Refund Policy- Gift cards are final sale. Products may be returned if unopened & unused after 14 days of purchase with receipt. Packages may be refunded after 10 days. If you have used part of your package, I will not be able to issue a refund, but you can use the balance toward any other services. Sale items are final sale. Refunds issued on credit card purchase will be refunded minus the credit card processing fee.
Treatment on Minors- Clients under 18 years of age must have a consent form filled out by a parent or legal guardian.
